Medford Paper Bag Policy Update

Thank you for shopping at Ebisuya Market!
From July 1st, Medford will enforce the new paper bag policy.
Due to this new regulation, we will no longer be offering plastic bags. Ebisuya will have paper bags available for 10 cents each.
We also have a variety of reusable “Ebisuya” shopping bags available. Please consider either purchasing the reusable Ebisuya bags or bringing your own from home.
In addition to this new paper bag policy, we will no longer offer the 5 or 10 cent discount for those customers who bring reusable bags in with them. We are sorry for any inconvenience.
In other news, Ebisuya has finally finished remodeling the kitchen! We now produce more quality, tasty food options of a unique Ebisuya style. Some of the current hot lunch options are Beef Curry, several Ramen varieties, Nakatsu Karage (fried chicken), Tonkatsu (pork cutlet), and more to come!
In addition to the hot kitchen, we still have our classic Sushi Counter food available.
